Straight abs (used couch for feet) 12
Sad...but true. The Detox starts Wed. and the mantra for those 11 days is "Walking out of 10." I am truly planning to walk out of 10 pounds in those 11 days. Hoping and praying...expecting 5 but modern day miracles do occur. This means I will actually have to weigh myself Wed. morning. Good thing I am meeting friends at Chick fillet for lunch, I mean easy come easy go right. Does this saying include pounds? Here's hoping.
You totally schooled me big sis. You rock. One of these days I will catch up to you. My arms are the hardest, they're about as useful as wet noodles. That OK though, I'm pretty good at abs at least. Pictures tomorrow! EEEkkk!
